Hoofing Around Rescue in NY repossessed these four after a routine check on their adopter showed they were not being properly cared for. All need supplements and LOTS of feed to get them back into shape. Taking in four with such extensive needs is a strain for anyone. We look forward to watching them bloom under her care.

Colleen from Equine Rescue Resource in NY went to go pick up some owner surrender mares, she did not expect to find a colt tied in a trailer. He was there because he kept messing with the mares (duh). Anyway, she convinced the owner to give him to her as well and he has now been gelded.

Little Mister

Back in 2009, Speak Up For Horses rescued 48 horses from a neglect case in KY. Simon and Little Mister are the last two foals from that group that needed to be gelded. We are glad they had somewhere soft to land and look forward to the day we hear they got great homes.
