National Equine Rescue Network in CA contacted us for a gelding grant for a pony they rescued from a feedlot. They have named the little guy Pumpkin. We have high hopes that once he is gelded, he will find his own child to love!
Pumpkin had a few surprises. When they went to geld him, they discovered his jewels were missing. They figured he must have been previously gelded and sent our funds back.
A month later, with his improved health, his jewels made an appearance. He is now an official gelding! The stinker!
